Ella is the Servicing Operations Manager at Aurous, where she oversees post-funding portfolio management and loan servicing operations across a range of transactions. Prior to joining Aurous, she served more than 20 years in asset-based lending and factoring as a collateral manager, specializing in portfolio management, collateral analysis, and servicing operations.

Outside of work, Ella enjoys cycling with her husband, Karl, and spending time with their son. She values an active lifestyle and quality family time.
